Mr. Schmidt is co-founder and a former board member of Cable Satellite Public Affairs network (C-SPAN), is a founder and former president of the American Teleport Association (ATA); is a charter board member of the World Teleport Association, and recipient of the NCTA President's Award.

Otto Hoernig is the Chief Executive Officer of Trace Systems Inc.
An accomplished telecommunications executive with more than 13 years experience in the satellite and wireless data communications business sector serving the U.S. Department of Defense, U.S. Intelligence Community and Multi-National Peacekeeping organizations worldwide.
Prior to the formation of Trace Systems, Mr. Hoernig led the growth and expansion of Spacelink International, LLC for over 10 years. As a U.S. defense contractor, Mr. Hoernig and his team built a global operation with more than 100 employees and annual revenues in excess of $90M USD. In 2005, Mr. Hoernig marketed and sold the company to Engineered Support Systems, Inc. for over $150M USD.

Jeffrey Nelson is a thought leader in military space communications technologies and implementation.
A retired Lieutenant Colonel, USMCR with over 20 years of experience installing, operating and maintaining communications networks worldwide. Mr. Nelson is a subject matter expert on all aspects of space-based communications to include spacecraft design, orbital mechanics, space environment, and the multi-mode terrestrial systems that support and rely upon space-based communication platforms.

Arron Quinn is a veteran international telecom manager and engineer.
With over 15 years experience in transport network architecture, hosting and Internet engineering, Mr. Quinn is responsible for the international IP/MPLS network of Qwest Communications and is the company’s principal peering strategist
Prior to Qwest, Mr. Quinn led Internet engineering and development teams at UUNET Technologies, Eyecast, and Sprint International. Mr. Quinn has directed the business case development, architecture, deployment, and management of multiple international Internet backbone networks, each from the ground up, spanning the United States, Europe and Asia.

Doug Dalton is a leader in the San Francisco business and social communities.
Mr. Dalton has founded and built several successful Web 2.0 startups, including SawThem, BranchIt, Snagtickets, Nitewise, Gloss.com and others. Former positions held by Mr. Dalton include Chief Technology Officer of Telecom Italia Mobile USA, CTO of Estee Lauder Companies, VP of Operations for Knowledge Universe, plus leading positions as Netscape Communications and Sprint.
Mr. Dalton also serves on the board of Central Market CBD, a community and business organization focused on improving the overall cleanliness and safety of the district and strengthening small businesses and cultural institutions.
